The feeding mechanism handles specific gauges smoothly, preventing surface scratching or coating damage to the pre-painted coils. Precision is paramount, and strict dimensional control is maintained throughout the continuous forming process to ensure that every panel aligns perfectly during final structural installation.

  • Material Thickness: 0.35-0.6mm
  • Effective width: 960mm / 1000mm
  • Applicable material: Prepainted Galvanised Steel(PPGI), Yield strength 235-345Mpa — Pls confirm
  • Effective width tolerance: ± 5mm
  • The Wave spacing tolerance: ±1mm
  • The wave height tolerance: ± 1mm

Machine Components

1) Manual Decoiler: 2sets

The production line begins with the material feeding stage, utilizing reliable uncoiling mechanisms. These robust units provide a stable unwinding process for heavy steel coils, preventing material slack or tangling before it enters the main forming section. The mechanical tensioning ensures a consistent feed rate, which is critical for maintaining the tight tolerances downstream.

2) Cold Rolling Mill:

Constructed to endure decades of heavy industrial use, the main body frame provides exceptional rigidity against lateral forces. To minimize waste, it comes equipped with a manual precutter for easy operation and save material. The core forming rollers undergo rigorous processing and heat treatment, leaving a surface that feels exceptionally smooth to the touch and protects the pre-painted coil finishes. This smart control mechanism allows operators to switch between the upper and lower profiles swiftly without tedious manual recalibration.

  • With feeding material guide, body frame made from H450 type steel by welding;
  • With manual precutter for easy operation and save material:
  • Sideboard thickness: 18mm
  • Rollers manufactured from 45# steel, CNC lathes, Heat Treatment, hard Chrome Coated with thickness 0.04mm, surface with mirror treatment
  • Shafts Diameter=ф90mm/ ф75mm, precision machined;
  • Motor driving, Gear/Sprocket transmission, about 14/18 steps to form;
  • Main Motor=7.5KW, Frequency speed control, Forming speed approx.15m/min
  • Two layers can’t work at the same time
  • Both roll forming groups shared a machine base, motor and control cabinet, and through clutch switch to achieve a dual purpose.
  • All the screw bolts with grade 8.8 to ensure fix the machine structure tightly and long life during the machine long time running.
  • Real forming speed : 15-20m/min (Not include cutting time)

3) Hydraulic Post Cutting device:

Delivering a clean, distortion-free edge on every panel, the cutting mechanism operates with immense precision. The sheer force is generated by a dedicated hydraulic station, ensuring synchronized performance with the main drive. The cutting tool material is forged from premium alloys, undergoing precise thermal processing for unmatched hardness and wear resistance. To maintain optimal fluid health, the system is equipped with advanced filtration, ensuring smooth and quiet operation during millions of cutting cycles.

  • Post cut, stop to cutting, two pieces cutting blades, no blanking
  • Hydraulic motor: 4kw, Hydraulic pressure range: 0-8Mpa
  • Cutting tool material: Cr12MoV ( = SKD11 with at least one million times of cutting life ), Heat treatment to HRC58-62 degree
  • The cutting power is provided by the main engine hydraulic station
  • The hydraulic system with oil filter for the oil filtration, to ensure the circulated oil is clean and lengthen the life of hydraulic system (See the picture below)
  • Hydraulic oil number: Shell Tellus S2 M 46 or equal model

4) PLC Control System

The neurological center of this equipment is its advanced digital interface. Designed to minimize human error, the system allows operators to easily program batch quantities and lengths. The rapid processing capability of the integrated electronics ensures that every cut is executed with pinpoint accuracy. This smart control hub significantly streamlines the transition when utilizing the mechanical clutch to switch between the upper and lower forming tiers.

5) Exit rack:

Once the finished panels are sheared to the exact programmed length, they transition smoothly onto the receiving tables. This friction-reducing design protects the pristine surface of the newly formed glazed tiles or trapezoidal sheets as they are manually offloaded and stacked for packaging, ensuring the final product reaches the end-user in flawless condition.
