Feeding Device

Main Roll Forming Mill

Serving as the core of the production line, the main roll forming mill ensures precise panel profiles and long-term wear resistance. Equipped with an efficient feeding material guide, it avoids wasting material during high-speed operations. The robust construction guarantees stable performance even during continuous, heavy-duty roll forming processes.

Manual Pre-cutter

Designed for easy operation and significant material savings, the manual pre-cutter is intelligently connected with the PLC control system. The PLC calculates the required profile length during roll forming. Once a material change is required, the system alerts the operator to manually shear the coil before it enters the main mill. This advanced function ensures no waste is generated during material changeovers.

Hydraulic Post Cutter

The post-cutting device features a two-piece cutting blade design that ensures a clean cut with no blanking or deformation. Powered by a 3KW hydraulic motor from the main engine hydraulic station, it delivers a cutting pressure of 0-16Mpa with a swift 2-second cutting time. The cutting tools are forged from Cr12MoV (equivalent to SKD11), heat-treated to HRC58-62, offering an extended lifespan of at least one million cuts.

Packaging & Shipping

Packing method: To ensure the machine reaches your facility in perfect condition, we implement strict packaging standards. The main body of the machine is naked but carefully covered by heavy-duty plastic film to protect against dust and moisture corrosion. It is then loaded into the shipping container and steadily fixed using robust steel wire ropes and locks.
