2) Feeding Guide Device

The guiding position can be manually adjusted to ensure suitable and precise material feeding, preventing material deviation before entering the roll forming stations.

3) Main Roll Forming Machine

• Rollers are manufactured from high-grade Bearing steel GCr15 (=EN31 steel), precision machined, and hard Chrome Coated (thickness 0.04mm) with mirror surface treatment for longer life and superior anti-rust performance.
• Shafts are manufactured from 45# steel, undergoing quenching and tempering processes, finished with hard chrome for maximum rotational stability.
• The robust body frame is constructed from 400# H type steel by heavy-duty welding, ensuring vibration-free operation at a forming speed of 20m/min.

4) Hydraulic Post Cutting Device

• Cutting blades are made of high-quality mold steel Cr12MoV with advanced heat treatment achieving HRC58-62 hardness, ensuring clean, burr-free profile ends.
• The cutter frame is welded from high-quality 18mm steel plates for extreme rigidity.
• Equipped with a powerful hydraulic motor: 4KW, supporting a hydraulic pressure range of 0-16Mpa.

5) PLC Control System

The intelligent control center automatically manages cutting lengths and production quantities. Operators can easily input production data (batch size, pieces, length, etc.) via the intuitive touch screen. The system integrates top-tier components including Schneider PLC, Schneider Inverter, Touch Screen, and high-precision Encoders (KOYO or OMRON) to guarantee automated, error-free manufacturing.

6) Exit Rack: Three Units

Provides stable support and collection for the finished waterproof mounting frames as they exit the cutting device.
