Guarantee

In correct operation & maintaining, the machine is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of the successful installation and commissioning of the equipment at the Buyer’s Installation site.
Install & Regulate

If necessary, we will dispatch a technician to the factory abroad to install & regulate the machine with USD100/day. The buyer should assist our technician to get the visa and should pay for the air around ticket and the local accommodation.
Remote Control

Remote control service for option with extra cost USD1500: Possible software failures can be remotely diagnosed and corrected through a built-in mode
Database

Optional digital controller with the network card to be able to send the processing data to an external database and shall be equipped with the relevant communication protocol (for future work in industry 4.0): with extra cost USD2000.
