Operational Work Flow

The production sequence is engineered for fluid, uninterrupted material handling. From the initial coil feeding to the final stacking, each stage is synchronized to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce material waste. The process begins at the de-coiler, where galvanized steel coils are smoothly unwound. The material then passes through a precision leveling device, ensuring perfect flatness before entering the pre-punching station. Here, necessary holes are stamped with exact spacing. The core transformation occurs in the roll forming mill, where 20 solid forming stands progressively shape the flat steel into a perfect octagonal profile. Once formed, the pneumatic saw slices the tube to the exact length programmed in the PLC control system, leaving a clean, burr-free edge. Finally, the finished octagonal tubes slide onto the exit rack, ready for immediate packaging or assembly into roller shutter doors.

1. Manual De-coiler: one set

Capacity: MAX.3Tons; Feeding width: Max. 600mm, coil ID range 508±30 mm

2. Leveling Device and Pre-punching device

This section flattens the galvanized steel with immense pressure, removing coil set and ensuring the material enters the forming section perfectly straight. The pre-punching unit operates with crisp precision, leaving clean hole edges ready for immediate assembly.

3. Cold Rolling Mills

With feeding material guide, body frame made from H450 steel plate welding, milling/polishing. Side wall thickness: 18mm.

Rollers manufactured from 45#, CNC lathes, hard Chrome Coated; Shafts Diameter=φ75mm, precision machined. Gear & chain drive, 20 steps to form. Main motor=11KW, Frequency speed control.

Forming speed: Approx. 6m/min.

All the screw bolts with grade 8.8 (cheap factories use low grade 4.8) to ensure fix the machine structure tightly and long life during the machine long time running.

The core craftsmanship shines here. Every roller undergoes rigorous precision grinding and is treated with a 0.05mm hard chrome plating, ensuring maximum wear resistance and zero damage to the galvanized coating. Optional gear or chain drive systems are available to match specific torque requirements.

4. Pneumatic Saw Cutting device

With Saw Cutting Device; Stop to cut; Cutting Blade Material: high speed steel cutting blade. Performance guarantee: Cutting should be smooth after adjustment.

Packing method: Main body of machine is naked and covered by plastic film (to protect of dust and corrosion), loaded into container and steadily fixed in container suitable by steel rope and lock, suitable for long-distance transportation.
