1) Manual Decoiler: One Set

Designed for secure coil holding and smooth unwinding, supporting a maximum capacity of 5 tons. It ensures the raw material is fed into the line without tangling or sudden tension drops.

2) Feeding Guide Device

  • Shafts: Manufactured from 45# steel, undergoing quenching and tempering processes, finished with hard chrome to withstand continuous heavy-duty operation.
  • Body Frame: Made from 450# H type steel by welding, providing a highly stable, vibration-resistant foundation for high-speed forming.

Packing method: To ensure the equipment arrives in pristine condition, the main body of the machine is naked and covered by plastic film (to protect against dust and corrosion during sea transit). It is then loaded into the container and steadily fixed using steel ropes and locks, making it fully suitable for long-distance international transportation.
