Designed for secure coil holding and smooth unwinding, supporting a maximum capacity of 5 tons. It ensures the raw material is fed into the line without tangling or sudden tension drops.
The guiding position can be adjusted manually for suitable material feeding. This prevents material deviation, reduces edge waste, and ensures the metal sheet enters the roll forming system perfectly aligned.
Rollers: Manufactured from 45# precision machined steel, hard Chrome Coated with 0.5mm thickness, surface with mirror treatment for longer life and anti-rust properties.
Shafts: Manufactured from 45# steel, undergoing quenching and tempering processes, finished with hard chrome to withstand continuous heavy-duty operation.
Body Frame: Made from 450# H type steel by welding, providing a highly stable, vibration-resistant foundation for high-speed forming.
Cutter Material: Manufactured from industrial-grade mold steel Cr12MoV, with heat treatment reaching HRC58-62 for burr-free, precise cuts.
Cutter Frame: Made from robust 18mm steel plate by welding to ensure cutting stability.
Hydraulic System: Equipped with a 3KW hydraulic motor, operating within a hydraulic pressure range of 0-16Mpa.
The advanced PLC system automatically controls production quantity and cutting length, significantly reducing labor costs and human error. Operators can easily input production data (batch size, pieces, length, etc.) via the intuitive touch screen.

Un-powered, two units provided. Equipped with smooth rollers for the easy movement and collection of finished corrugated sheets, protecting the surface coating from scratches.

Packing method: To ensure the equipment arrives in pristine condition, the main body of the machine is naked and covered by plastic film (to protect against dust and corrosion during sea transit). It is then loaded into the container and steadily fixed using steel ropes and locks, making it fully suitable for long-distance international transportation.
Warranty: The warranty period is 24 months after the client receives the machine. Within these 24 months, we will courier replacement parts to the client free of charge for any non-human damage.
Technical Support: We offer comprehensive technical support for the entire life of our machines to ensure continuous production stability.
