  • Decoiler & Feeding: The raw material coil is securely mounted, unspooling with steady, controlled tension. The feeding guide device ensures the metal enters perfectly aligned, preventing edge distortion.

  • Roll Forming & PLC Control: As the sheet passes through the roll forming mill, the heavy steel rollers systematically press the metal into its designated profile. The Siemens PLC system constantly monitors the feed rate, issuing micro-adjustments to maintain the ±1mm tolerance.

  • Hydraulic Station & Bending: Powered by the 5.5KW HUADE hydraulic station, the bending mold applies immense, consistent pressure. The precise crimping action achieves a minimum bending radius of 500mm, creating the necessary structural curves.

  • Exit Rack: The finalized corrugated sheets glide onto the exit rack smoothly, ready for immediate stacking, packaging, and deployment.
