Features : 

1. Equipped with Schneider PLC control system for Simple operation. BMS Slitter and Folders are internationally famous for their ease of use. All high end advanced features can be used by even inexperienced operators. Thanks to BMS's clever 3D interface supported by Schneider Electric.

2. High powered slitter. High tensile aircraft slitter head and powerful chain drive provide reliable slitting capacity up to 2.0mm (14ga) Heavy duty track construction and all new V-wheel track design eliminate regular track maintenance.

3. Robust Construction. Fully welded high tensile steel plate. 32mm thick at the arm pivots. No BMS folder has EVER suffered from structural failure. The structure is zinc primed and powder coated for higher quality finish.

4. Replaceable Clamp Inserts with customized radius. The tip of the folding clamp has replaceable hardened inserts that can readily be replaced should they become damaged. Furthermore, the radius on the inserts can be customized to suit a wide range of materials and applications.
