Shearing mechanism


The shearing mechanism of the high-speed steel plate fixed-length cutting machine is composed of a driving device and an integral tool holder. The DC motor as the driving device is fixedly connected to the frame of the shearing machine, and the integral tool holder can be freely loaded into or removed from the shearing machine.

The integral tool holder and the driving DC motor are connected by splines, and the spline shaft of the high-speed steel plate fixed-length cutting machine is pushed in by the oil cylinder connecting the tool shaft and the transmission shaft. The cutter shaft of the high-speed steel plate cut-to-length cutting machine is driven by a double output shaft gearbox. The spline shaft is connected with the gear box through the universal joint drive shaft.

The overall tool rest of the high-speed steel plate fixed-length cutting machine is cut by a disc cutter, and the cutting width is determined by the cutter head and the spacer sleeve installed between the cutter heads. The cutter shaft can be displaced horizontally to realize the adjustment of the overlap of the cutter head during cutting.

After the whole tool holder is installed in the working position, it is fixed on the shearing machine by the spinning cylinder. The tool holder can realize overall loading and unloading, off-line adjustment, and tool setting, which is easy to adjust and use.

When installing the tool holder, pay attention to the alignment of the spline sleeve on the drive side of the tool shaft with the motor drive output spline shaft.


Take-up mechanism


Different coiling methods can be selected according to the requirements of the shearing process: fixed-axis coiling or surface pressure control coiling of high-speed steel plate cut-to-length cutting machines, and can also realize upper or lower coiling. The surface of the take-up roller is embossed with anilox, which can prevent the strip from deviating. At one end of the operation side frame of the high-speed steel plate cut-to-length cutting machine, there is a fine-tuning mechanism for the coiling roller, which is operated by a handwheel with display instrument, a worm gear reducer, a bevel gear and a coiling roller with a sliding pair It is composed of side bearing seat. Turning the hand wheel can move the bearing seat on the operating side of the winding pressure roller in the horizontal direction to ensure that the winding pressure roller is parallel to the winding shaft.


Unloading trolley


The coiling mechanism is composed of an inner coiler and an outer coiler. Each coiler is composed of a driving side coiling arm, an operating side coiling arm, a coiling pressure roller and a connecting beam. The coiling arms and beams on both sides are installed on the vertical slitting machine through the linear guide pair, and the coiling rollers are directly installed on the frame of the shearing machine. The unloading car of the high-speed steel plate fixed-length cutting machine is mainly composed of a car body, a traveling mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a finished coil pressing mechanism. The walking of the high-speed steel plate fixed-length cutting machine is driven by the motor and the reducer, and the lifting and pressing of the finished coil are completed by the hydraulic cylinder driven by the independent hydraulic power unit. The waste edge coiler of the high-speed steel plate cut-to-length cutting machine coils the exported waste edges into rolls and compresses them to facilitate recycling.
