With feeding material guide,
With manual pre-cutter as follows for easy to change materials:
body frame made from H350 type steel by welding,
side board thickness: 18mm, with big sliding part size:130*47mm for long time stable working(cheap factories use 110 or 90*42mm,can't stable working for long life)
Rollers manufactured from 45# steel, CNC lathes, Heat treatment, hard Chrome Coated;
Shafts Diameter=ф75/95mm,precision machined
Motor driving, Gear/Sprocket transmission, about 18 step to form,
Chain size: one inch with 18teeth
Main Motor=5.5KW, Frequency speed control
Forming speed approx.3m-5m/min (not calculate the time of press mold)
All the screw bolts with grade 8.8 to ensure fix the machine structure tightly and long life during the machine long time running.
3) Hydraulic Stair-Pressing and Cutting device:
2-step Pressing Method: clamp sheet first, and then press, which No fold and broken happened after pressing, make the finished tile appearance looks beautiful.
Stair depth=13mm
Cutter frame made from high quality 20mm steel plate by welding
Stop to press, post cut, stop to cutting, two pieces cutting blades, no blanking cutting, no waste material,
Pump motor: 5.5KW; Cutting pressure: 12Mpa
Cutting tool material: Cr12Mov(=D2 steel,with at least one millions times of cutting life), Heat treatment to HRC58-62 degree
The hydraulic system with oil filter for the oil filtration,to ensure the circulated oil is clean and lengthen the life of hydraulic system .(See the picture below)
4)PLC Control System
Control the quantity and cutting length automatically
Combined with: PLC, Inverter, Touch Screen, Encoder, etc
Cut-to-length tolerance≤±2 mm
Control Voltage 24V
5) Exit rack:
Un-powered, two units
