I. Machine Features

One machine for 4 Profiles through Quick-Change Rafted Roll Stands: Inboard and outboard stands, shafts, and tooling are mounted on removable subplates or rafts, so that complete sets of toolina can be rapidly exchanged-without handling individual tools or resetting roll gaps. Reduce Changeover Time and Increase Production.

2. Equipped with hydraulic front plain shear, with reminder function of cutting the last piece of material from production settings (to avoid waste of material）, it is convenient for customers to change materials and save operatilon time.
   

3.The roller is quenched after fine machining with bearing steel GCr15(=ASTM 52100 EN31 steel）Hard chromed for long working life.

4. Servo controlled Precision Flying Post cutoff System(for high working efficiency).
