Stainless Steel U Frame Roll Forming Machine
I. Machine Features
1. Designed for Floating Photovoltaics(Fpv) frame manufacturers to make their production as easy and efficient as possible. The machine is computer controlled and fully processed with holes punched, ready for assembly. 2. The force-bearing rollers are quenched after fine machining with Cr12Mov mold steel(=D2 steel) for long working life more than 10 years. 3. The main motor adopts a servo motor, which has the advantages of high motion accuracy, high speed, strong overload resistance, low heat generation, low energy consumption and low noise, thereby improving the whole machine production speed and finished profiles accuracy. 4. One machine can roll form both stainless steel and galvanized steel (GI/PPGI/PPGL), meet different project material requirements . |
