Moreover, their factory is fully equipped, the workers are skilled in roller processing, and the supporting processing chain at the equipment factory is complete. After they have finished processing, they can send debuggers to your company to help install and debug, so that you can save a lot of trouble.


2. Entrust other factories to process on behalf of others.


When the original factory cannot be used for processing for some reason, other roll forming machine manufacturers can be found to do the processing. Provide the drawing of the rolling wheel attached to the previous machine to the manufacturer and let them process it on their behalf. If the drawing has been lost, it will be quite troublesome. It is necessary to send factory personnel to measure various parameters before the drawing can be processed, or send the old machine to the factory to have them process the rolling wheel and complete the installation and commissioning. In this way, the total cost will be very high. If it is not necessary, it may be a better choice to directly order a new machine. In another case, other factories may not be willing to order a set of rolling wheels for you separately, because many parameters are inconsistent with the parameters of their own production equipment, and they have to be redesigned separately for you, and there is not much profit for the manufacturer, so , Few manufacturers will make a set of rolling wheels for you alone.


3. Produce and process by yourself.


When neither of the above two situations can be achieved, it is necessary to consider processing by yourself. The premise is that you can find an excellent rolling wheel design professional to design a set of rolling wheels for you, and you must go to the door to measure various parameters before you can start drawing. If the measurement is inaccurate, or the designer is unqualified, process it. The rollers may be obsolete. Moreover, there is generally no matching processing at your location, because a set of roll forming machine's wheel needs to be processed through many procedures, such as: rough turning, quenching and hardening, fine turning, chrome plating and other procedures.
