The machine is custom developed for U shaped rubber strip grooves on security door frames (such as steel fireproof doors and anti-theft doors), ensuring precise groove dimensions and smooth edges, compatible with various sealing strips , enhancing door airtightness.
Equipped with PLC programmable controller and a touch-screen interface, it enables parameter setting, automatic length measurement, and fixed-length cutting, reducing manual intervention and improving production efficiency.
