Roll Forming
The sheets enter a series of forming rollers, which are arranged according to the desired standing seam profile.
As the sheets progress, the rollers progressively bend and shape the metal into the standing seam structure. The number, arrangement, and pressure applied by these rollers are precisely engineered to achieve consistent quality and dimensional accuracy.
During this process, automated control systems like PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) monitor and adjust rolling parameters in real-time to accommodate different material types and thicknesses.
